Works Order Creation - File - Load Template

Use this option to load a works order template. This creates a new works order based on the template, which you can then amend, print, post or hold as required.

1. Select KITTING | WORKS ORDERS.

Micronet displays the Works Order Creation screen.

2. Select FILE | LOAD TEMPLATE.

Micronet displays a selection screen with a list of works order templates.

3. If required, you can filter the list of templates by Debtor or Works Order number.

Micronet displays all the templates matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the template you want to load, or select a template and press the Enter key.

Micronet displays the Works Order Creation Header screen with the details of the new works order.

5. Continue processing the works order by completing the steps required in the "Works Order Overview".
